We are proud to have conducted the Mind Setting & Reconditioning Workshop for IJM held at Wisma IJM, facilitated by Hj. Aliasman Morshidi. This transformative session, themed “A SAFE-LEAD: Safety & Future Excellence in Leadership,” focused on cultivating a proactive mindset and reconditioning thought patterns toward excellence in safety leadership. Participants explored how mindset, culture and behavior form the backbone of sustainable safety performance in present evolving workplace.
