We are pleased to announce the successful completion of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) Training for Daihatsu Perodua Engine Manufacturing (DFEM) facilitated by Norwani Ahmat and conducted at D’Sora Hotel, Seremban. The session brought together participants for an interactive and insightful learning experience focused on enhancing workplace safety and health practices.
Throughout the training, participants explored methods of carrying out HIRARC and the benefits it brings to organizations. They gained exposure to techniques in identifying the correct hazards related to each job step, determining appropriate and adequate control measures and learning how to assess risks using the Risk Matrix. The session also emphasized the importance of managing significant risks and monitoring action plans to strengthen overall safety culture.
