We are pleased to share the successful completion of the Integrated Management System: Internal Audit Training for Unigra held on 15–16 July. The session was expertly conducted by Trainer Mapis Md. Jais, who brought valuable insights and real-world auditing experience to the participants.

This two-day program was designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge, skills and competencies to effectively plan, conduct and manage audits of various management systems. The training focused on enhancing their ability to assess system performance, ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement within their organizations.

Participants were introduced to the Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems, familiarized with auditing references, methods and tools as well as guided through the practical aspects of audit planning and execution. One of the key highlights of the session was the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in management system audits that adds value to audit processes through enhanced data analysis, real-time insights and risk identification.

By the end of the training, participants walked away with broadened auditing competencies, a deeper understanding of effective audit program management, and readiness to contribute to stronger, more resilient systems in their workplace.
