We successfully conducted a 2-day Human Performance Improvement (HPI) & Culture Maturity Survey (CMS) Workshop for IPC Malaysia B.V., involving 39 participants, led by our experienced trainer, Hj. Aliasman.

This workshop focused on strengthening organisational safety culture by understanding human factors, improving decision-making, and assessing culture maturity to support sustainable performance and risk reduction. Through interactive discussions and practical insights, participants gained a deeper appreciation of how leadership, behaviour, and systems influence overall workplace safety and performance.
